What if I lose my battery key?

Battery keys are unique to each individual battery. It is very important to keep one duplicate in a safe place.

Please refer to the instructions below to find out how you can proceed depending on the model you have purchased.

For the S1:

In the unfortunate event that you lose the battery key, you can purchase a new lockset from Snapcycle to replace the existing one on your battery. If your battery is locked onto your ebike, you will need a locksmith in your area to help you open it and remove your battery from your ebike.

For the R1 and R1 Step-Thru:

For the R1 and R1 Step-Thru, your keyhole has a 3-digit identification number. Provide us with the number and we will be able to request for a duplicate key from our factory, and send it over to you.

In the meantime, even without the battery key, you still can charge your battery and it will not affect the functionality of your ebike.
