Are your batteries waterproof?

All Snapcycle batteries are IPX4 rated when they are properly installed on the ebike.

They are “protected against splashing water”. As such, submerging your Snapcycle ebike into water could cause water damage to your battery, which would render your battery warranty void. More information on IP codes can be found at:
